These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", "Member", "you") and diva11 (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://diva11.cam (the "Platform", "Website", "Service"). 2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to register and use the diva11 Service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. diva11 enforces a strict adults-only policy and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or physically located within Indonesia at the time of placing any bet or accessing the Service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or included on any gambling prohibition list maintained by any regulatory authority.

2.2 Account Registration

During the registration process, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Maintain only one Account per person. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

diva11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name).

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 30 days may result in suspension of your Account and restriction of withdrawals until verification is completed. diva11 may refuse service to any individual who cannot satisfactorily complete the KYC process.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Your Obligations

As a diva11 User, you agree to:

• Use the Service solely for personal entertainment purposes, not for professional or commercial gain.
• Not use the Service if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse any technical vulnerability, bonus system, or game mechanic on the Platform.
• Not engage in fraudulent activity, collusion, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with your use of the Service.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia regarding online gambling, taxation, and financial transactions.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in "bonus abuse" by creating multiple accounts, coordinating with other users, or otherwise exploiting promotional offers in bad faith.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with diva11 support. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• You must have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 3 hours during business hours (WIB). Withdrawals requested outside business hours may be processed on the next business day.
• diva11 reserves the right to request additional verification or conduct security checks on large withdrawal requests (typically above Rp 10,000,000).

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

diva11 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover requirement) before a withdrawal can be processed. Deposits that are withdrawn without any betting activity may be subject to administrative fees of up to 10% of the deposit amount.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus will be forfeited. Your Real Money Balance remains withdrawable at all times, subject to the standard withdrawal terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

diva11 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts where we determine that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
• Using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on opposing outcomes in sports or roulette).

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on diva11 are subject to the following general principles:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the User.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bet settlement will be determined in accordance with the specific sport's rules (as outlined in our detailed sportsbook rules, available upon request from support).
• diva11 reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or other integrity concerns.
• Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). Results shown on third-party websites or unofficial sources are not binding.

6.2 Asian Handicap and Over/Under Markets

For football betting, diva11 offers Asian Handicap and Over/Under markets that are popular among Indonesian bettors. Settlement follows standard Asian handicap rules:

• Quarter-goal handicaps (e.g., 0.25, 0.75) may result in half-win or half-loss outcomes.
• If a match is abandoned before full-time, all bets on markets that were already determined (e.g., first half result) will stand; undecided markets will be voided unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Live Betting

diva11 offers live (in-play) betting on selected sports events. Live betting odds update dynamically during the event. Due to the nature of live betting, there may be a short delay between when you place a bet and when it is accepted. diva11 reserves the right to reject live bets if:

• The odds have changed significantly since you placed the bet.
• The event situation has changed materially (e.g., a goal was scored just before your bet was submitted).
• There is suspicion of late betting or exploitation of delayed feeds.

7. Casino Games and RNG Certification

7.1 Game Fairness

All casino games on diva11 — including slots, table games, video poker, and provably fair crash games — use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories. Game outcomes are determined by RNG software and are not influenced or manipulated by diva11 or any player.

7.2 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games are provided by licensed software providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Live games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. Standard casino rules apply, and all dealer decisions are final. 9. Limitations of Liability

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, diva11's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim. diva11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

9.3 User Errors

You are responsible for ensuring that your bets are placed correctly. diva11 is not responsible for any losses resulting from User error, including but not limited to:

• Incorrectly entered bet amounts or selections.
• Failure to understand the rules of a game or betting market.
• Technical issues on your end (device malfunction, poor internet connection, etc.).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the diva11 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and audiovisual materials, is the property of diva11 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

11. Termination and Account Closure

11.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification checks). Bonus funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

11.2 Termination by diva11

diva11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• You are under the age of 21 or are otherwise ineligible to use the Service.
• Your Account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more.

Upon termination by diva11, any Real Money Balance in your Account will be returned to you (subject to verification and any applicable deductions for fraud or breach). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

If your Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for 12 consecutive months, diva11 may classify it as dormant and charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 20,000 or 5% of the remaining balance (whichever is lower) until the balance is depleted or the Account is reactivated. You will be notified by email before any dormant account fees are applied.

12. Dispute Resolution and Complaints

12.1 Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the diva11 Service, please contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. Provide as much detail as possible, including your Account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting documentation (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.). We will investigate your complaint and respond within 7 business days.

12.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate your complaint by requesting a review by our senior management team. We will conduct a thorough review and provide a final response within 14 business days.

12.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which diva11 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or forum based on inconvenient forum.

diva11 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will notify Users of material changes by posting a notice on the Platform and/or sending an email to the address registered on your Account. 14. General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.2 Waiver

No waiver by diva11 of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and diva11 regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of diva11. diva11 may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any affiliate or successor entity without your consent.
